About

With over eight years of user support experience, Nadeen leads and guides the helpdesk team members in prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving advanced technical endpoint technology issues for the NU-Q community. As a User Support Lead, she also works closely with IT management and external partners to ensure effective and efficient IT technology support is provided for the university.

Nadeen has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Qatar University and a Master's degree in information system security from Northwestern University. Prior to joining NU-Q, she worked as an IT support specialist at Qatar University, where she found her passion for IT customer service.
